The main aim of the Proficiency Tests on typing of Salmonella is to evaluate the performance of the NRLs National Reference Laboratories (National Reference Laboratories)-Salmonella for their ability to identify serovars of Salmonella enterica. The strains for serotyping are obtained from the collection of the Dutch National Reference Centre, also situated at the RIVM Rijksinstituut voor Volksgezondheid en Milieu (Rijksinstituut voor Volksgezondheid en Milieu). You will find detailed protocols and screenshots of result forms per study below.
