The typing studies are organised in collaboration with the British national Health Protection Agency (HPA, London). The strains for serotyping are obtained from the collection of the Dutch National Reference Centre, also situated at the RIVMRijksinstituut voor Volksgezondheid en Milieu. Strains for phagetyping come from the HPA collection. You will find detailed protocols and examples of blank test reports per study below. For the reports of the different studies see Publications.
